Though Deco Art created these water based paints to mimic encaustic waxes without the required heat and attendant mess, I'm playing with them in ways that are not encaustic-like. In today's video follow along as I demo how to use Wax Effects with Grafix Dura Lar and Dina Wakley's Transparencies. Add color without obscuring what lies beneath.
