Kinpira is a traditional Japanese sweet stir-fry side dish, usually with burdock roots. In this episode, I'm using kohlrabi instead of burdock roots.

Ingredients I used (for 2-3 servings):
Kohlrabi Kinpira
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 carrot
- A few stalks green onions

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
Rice
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
