In this video, I review The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss. I really liked this book, and I wanted to talk to you about my opinion on it. I started off by only reading the topics that I was interested in, and then I went back and read all of the content that I missed on the first go. Tim Ferriss outlines some unconventional methods in the book, but the methods actually work and allow you to burn fat, build muscle, and sleep better, while maximizing the effectiveness of your time. If you want to become fit while only dedicating a small amount of time, this is definitely a book that you should read!
