Macaroons
2.5 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Dip:
180gm dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Bake them at 140° for 20 to 25 minutes, dip them in chocolate, top them with jam and devour!
