The webinar presents possibilities of implementation of parametric design and automation into daily processes of bridge design. Not only the design of special structures is suitable for these techniques, but the design of very common and “boring” bridges can benefit from parametric design. With the lack of skilled people in the AEC industry, shorter deadlines, higher client demands, engineers need to focus more on designing than on CAD work.
This webinar shows practical use-cases how Rhino and Grasshopper can be turned into a hub for bridge design, drawings production, and BIM model with the possibility to automate selected workflows.
