In cooperation with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. the city park boasts a beautiful and peaceful 88-acre Complex designed for everyone's needs, whether out for a peaceful walk or run, a day with the kids or participating in any sport the city park has what you need. With 2 ponds and wildlife abound there are plenty of opportunities for the avid "Birder" and wildlife photographer. A large pool opens in the summer months for cooling off and playgrounds for the little ones.
