Follow along as we show you how to make a "trap door" Valentine for Veterans!
Each year, Camp Fire Central Oregon celebrates MLK Day of Service by making Valentines for Veterans, which are delivered to our regional VA hospital. As one of our most well-attended community events, Valentines for Veterans usually produces about 150 cards for vets in our community! Since we won't be able to do an in-person event this year due to covid, we are encouraging families to make valentines at home. Pick up a card-making kit from the Camp Fire office (1001 SW Emkay Dr), get crafty, and return your finished products to us so we can package and send them on their way to all the deserving folks who serve our community!
