After months of restrictions, it's been good to get out and explore Manchester Metrolink's Trafford Park line. Walking the length of it from Pomona to Intu Trafford Centre really lets you see the areas it goes through and understand the amount of work that's been necessary to make it happen, which you really don't see while you're on board.

The Trafford Park line opened on 22nd March 2020, eight months ahead of schedule and the day before lockdown began in the UK in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
