It has been too long since I have used this beautiful color palette together. The Jacquard Lumiere paints are some of my all time favorite. They are so bold and vibrant and look awesome with cells! I used their indigo and turquoise and swiped with Amsterdam Acrylics pewter (all linked above). My paper towel is dampened with water. I used just a touch of silicone oil in the pewter, no other colors! And swiping was all I needed to create cells. No torch needed!
