If you work for a company, more than likely, you’re expected to be as sociable as possible. From speaking up in group meetings and brainstorming sessions, attending parties for various causes or celebrations, and more. They say that being an extrovert, speaking up, and making yourself known is the only way for you to thrive in the workplace.
But that is no longer the case now that introverts are being recognized more.
Chelsey Brooke Cole is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Pathfinder Coach. She currently works as a counselor and coach helping introverts create clarity, confidence, and calm to quiet their inner critic and trust themselves more.
For Chelsey, there is power in being “The Quiet One.” Extroverts are not the only people who can find success in companies, and it only takes proper reflection and clarity for introverts to find their strengths among outgoing and sociable people.
Join us as Chelsey shares her personal story and as she found her calling to help her fellow introverts, furthering her mission by helping them experience lightbulb moments that change the way they see themselves, their abilities, and their purpose - forever.
