The Maharashtra Govt has reduced stamp duty payable on sale/purchase of property in Maharashtra for Female home buyers by 1%. Though some of you might feel that a 1% concession might not be too much, however please understand that in real estate, where the property values go up in crores, a 1% discount can be a lot of money!
