Just messing around really rather than an official demo of stage handling. First time adding a little air into the BC when taking the weight of the cylinder. Then clipping to the lower d-ring, and practising doing it all one-handed. It's actually much easier to clip to the shoulder d-ring when you have a back-up torch stowed there, then the d-ring doesn't move. It's obviously trickier when wearing drygloves, but can still be done, just needs practice.

2nd time not adding or removing any air from the BC when picking up and dropping. Controlling with the lungs.
