A group of astronauts led by a billionaire commander Jared Isaacman have carried out the first-ever privately funded spacewalk in orbit - described as a highly risky mission.
Huge cheers erupted from mission control at Florida's Cape Canaveral as the first of the astronauts began exiting the capsule, using handrails to guide him through the narrow opening.
