New Delhi, June 29 (ANI): Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla addressed at the UN Security Council open debate on ‘Maintenance of International Peace & Security: Cyber Security’ on June 29. He said, “There is a sophisticated use of cyberspace by terrorists to broaden their propaganda and incite hatred. Terrorists have also used social media in planning and executing the terror attacks.
