In this brief chapter, we will look at the outcome of Solomons disobedience, which will be a nation that is divided in half and one that will spiral quickly out of their glory days. After looking at the chapter this morning, it lack something, as it is pretty brief, so I may venture further into Kings and bring Elijah in, who is supposed to make an apearance next week. But the messengers section is so righ with possibility that I may borrow one of them for this week. If I had to say what theme I am thinking of right now it would be the necessity of whole hearted commitment and the danger of being half hearted or divided in your allegiances.
