After spending around four weeks in South Africa we crossed the border to Namibia, where we spent nearly two weeks. I have never been to a desert before. Sossusvlei was brilliant, especially Dune 45 and Deadvlei. The worst thing was the heat, for example in Etosha National Park it was hotter than 40 degrees Celsius. Each day had its own highlight and we were very lucky because we saw a group of lions and a cheetah having his meal. After a number of inspired days the tour ended in the capital of Namibia, called Windhoek. I can really can recommend this tour with G Adventures and maybe I’ll do this trip again in the future.
