Today's hot sauce is a good standard from Melinda's that popped up at my local HEB last week - their Garlic Habanero sauce. This is a great all-rounder with a nice black peppery note in the finish and a pronounced garlic hit up front. Perfect for breakfast tacos but I bet it'd be right at home on some grilled seafood or chicken as well.
Chasing it we have a beer from San Antonio - Freetail Puro Pilsner. Crisp, clean, delicious and chuggable!
