Here is another easy Italian recipe with Portobello Mushrooms.

Ingredients:
2 packages of Baby Portobello mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp of parsley. Fresh or Dry
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt
sprinkle of black pepper
1/2 cup of wine, red or white.
Put all the ingredients in a cast iron pan except the wine.
Put heat on high. Saute` the mushrooms for 5 minutes or until the water is released and dry.
Add the wine and let it cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
