東京でも有名天ぷら店と知られている麻布十番にある天ぷら屋「たきや」
A tempura restaurant in Azabu-Juban known as one of the most famous tempura restaurants in Tokyo, "Takiya".
도쿄에서도 덴푸라 맛집으로 유명한 아자부주반 위치 덴푸라 전문점 “타키야”


店主 笠本辰明氏は、大阪「吉兆」や、ザ・リッツ・カールトン大阪などで修行をし、ザ・リッツカールトン東京会席・天ぷら「ひのきざか」で料理長を任された事もあるベテランシェフ
2015年に自分の店「たきや」をオープンし、2018年には店を現在の場所、麻布十番に移転した
「爽やかで、サクサクの天ぷらに見た目も綺麗な八寸が味わえる店」と名を残している

The owner, Mr. Tatsuaki Kasamoto, is an experienced chef who trained at "Kitcho" and “The Ritz-Carlton” in Osaka, and was once the head chef at "Hinokizaka", the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo's Kaiseki and tempura restaurant. He opened his own restaurant, "Takiya", in 2015 and moved to his current location, Azabu-Juban, in 2018. He’s made an impression with this restaurant, and it has been described as "a place where you can enjoy refreshing, crispy tempura and beautifully presented Hassun (dishes served in a kaiseki meal)".

오너 카사모토 타츠아키씨는 오사카의 “킷초”, “리츠칼튼 오사카”에서 실력을 갈고 닦은 경험 많은 셰프이며 리츠칼튼 도쿄의 가이세키·덴푸라 전문점 “히노키자카”의 헤드셰프를 맡기도 했습니다. 2015년에는 독립하여 현재 위치한 아자부주반으로 옮겨와 “타키야”를 오픈하였고 2018년에 타츠아키씨는 “신선하고 바삭바삭한 덴푸라와 아름답게 선보여지는 핫순 (가이세키 코스에 서빙되는 요리) 을 즐길 수 있는 장소”라는 레스토랑의 이미지를 구축했습니다.
