We’re particularly proud of the grill/griddle insert for its versatility, as seen in Grill Master Randy’s preparation of tuna steak and bacon-wrapped asparagus. The crosshatched center grate is perfect for searing, plus it’s removable for easy cleaning and refueling of your kamado. The outer ring, meanwhile, is a teppanyaki-style griddle for cooking at lower temperatures (hello, grilled veggies).
