In this video we are wanted to give you ideas on how every bit in the Whiteside router bit set 401 can be used, plus the 1/2" Up/Down Compression Bit UDFT5152.
Many of our tools are coated with a proprietary coating we have named (HP-Astra). This coating allows higher speed & feed rates as well as extended tool life (up to 2x or 3x the tool life), plus increased lubricity in abrasive material.
By using our Astra coated router bits, you will avoid things like resin and dust build up on the cutting edge, which causes bits to get hotter faster, making them more likely to burn the wood piece or melt your plastic project. The benefit: Clean bits stay sharp longer because excessive heat breaks down the cutting edge on carbide cutters, which our Astra coating is designed to help with!
