How to prepare oats idli

INGREDIENTS
OATS -2 cups
SUJI/RAVA -1 cup
CURD-1 cup
BAKING SODA - 1/4 th tsp
WATER - required to make idli batter consistency
SALT-as per taste
METHOD
Dry roast oats for 2 minutes on low heat & allow to cool completely, dry roast suji for 30 seconds to 1 minute until nice aroma comes on low heat then allow to cool completely, transfer oats to mixer jar & make powder . Take oats powder to a mixing bowl , add suji , salt , curd , little by little (10-20 ml at a time ) water to make idli batter consistency . Rest it for 5-10 minutes, then add water if required &
Mix until idli batter consistency is formed.
Add Baking soda just before making idli’s & mix gently, take 1-2 laddle ful of batter to idli plates & drop, fill the idli plate, fill 150ml water at the bottom of idli cooker then place idli plates & steam for 10-12 minutes on medium heat, allow 2 minutes to cook & scoop out idli’s , enjoyy
