Due to the unprecedented circumstances, floor manager Sam Rogers (Kevin Spacey) is having a moral crisis and explains to CEO John Tuld (Jeremy Irons) that he wants out of the company. Using a philosophical approach, Mr. Tuld tries to persuade him into staying with the firm for another two years.
