CLASSIC CINEMA COCKTAIL SIPS - THE RUBY SLIPPER
“We’re off to see the Wizard…and what better way to journey through Oz than with a drink as magical as Dorothy’s ruby slippers! Introducing the first Classic Cinema Sips Original - the ‘Ruby Slipper’ cocktail, complete with a sweet twist from the Lollipop Guild themselves.”

Ingredients
1 oz gin (e.g., Beefeater or Tanqueray)
1/2 oz lemon juice
Splash of herbal liqueur (optional)
1 oz cranberry juice
1/4 oz cinnamon simple syrup (or regular simple syrup)
Splash of sparkling wine (to float on top)
1/2 oz grenadine
Dash of lime zest
Colorful lollipop (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Shake gin, cranberry juice, grenadine, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and lime zest with ice.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Top with a splash of sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with a colorful lollipop, placed directly in the drink or perched on the rim.
