Tandoori Soya Chaap Recipe Without Tandoor | Street Style Soya Chaap | Veg Chaap
Tandoori Soya Chaap is a famous street food which now you can easily prepare at home by following this recipe and that too without Tandoor. This recipe is perfect for all the vegetarians, it if filled with proteins and tastes super delicious, try it out :)

INGREDIENTS:
For Marination and Cooking:
Frozen Soya Chaap Sticks
1/2 cup of hung/thick curd
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp salt
half lemon or 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi/Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp Gram Flour/Besan (Optional)
Pinch of Food Colour (Optional)
Fresh Coriander
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp oil or melted butter
1 tsp oil/butter/ghee
Some Wooden Skewers
For Garnishing:
Sliced onions
Green chilis
Chaat masala
Fresh coriander
Lemon juice
1-2 tbsp of melted butter
Green chutney
