There’s many reasons for this. One issue is that many trainers come into the field with unrealistic expectations. Seeing influencers living like kings and queens has given many of us a distorted perception of what personal training actually is.
Personal training can be a rewarding career, but it’s almost always a grind, at least at first, and that needs to be talked about.
There are certain things that can be incredibly helpful to know when you’re getting started as a personal trainer though, and those are the sorts of things that we cover here today.
