Ingredients
•2 ounces cream cheese
•1 tablespoon canned green chilis, patted dry
•2 tablespoons Spicy Taco Keto Chow Base
•2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
•6 slices mozzarella cheese
Method
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking pan lightly with avocado oil.
•In a medium bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, Keto Chow, and green chilis.
•Add mozzarella cheese slices to prepared baking pan spaced evenly.
•Bake cheese slices in oven at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes until edges are crispy.
•Add chicken filling to edge of each cheese slice. Grip edges of cheese slice and roll into taquitos. Repeat for each cheese slice until all are filled.
•Serve with hot sauce, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and any other favorite toppings.
