At least 51 people have been killed in insurgent attacks in Pakistan's southwest. In Balochistan province, separatist militants carried out coordinated attacks on police stations, railway lines and highways. They were met with retaliatory operations by security forces. The Baloch Liberation Army militant group has said it is behind the attacks. Hira Mustafa reports from Islamabad.
