Police say manslaughter charges will be considered after the Grenfell Tower fire which took the lives of at least 79 people. They've confirmed the blaze which ripped through the block began in a Hotpoint fridge freezer. After more than a week of accusations regarding building materials, the tower's cladding and insulation have now failed safety tests.
