I hope you're having an awesome week. I've got a quick video for you today which is actually a pointer to someone else's work that I think you might like...

If you're running an agile delivery team (or seven) then you probably know that after some time you hit your limits. You bump up against the rest of the organisation, the old ways of doing things... and it becomes apparent that you want to spread your philosophy into other parts of the business.

For a lot of my clients the first few areas they bump up against are often Finance, HR and Procurement.

So this week I'm pointing you to some good work the people at lean-agile-procurement.com are doing.
