Taxation Lectures in Ghana (Tax Administration in Ghana) - This video is the 6th in the series of videos that introduce students to Ghana's tax administration regime. The series on tax administration provides a comprehensive coverage of Tax Administration in Ghana, including but not limited to, the laws, structures, frameworks and institutions (machinery) used to administer taxes in Ghana.
A majority of these are based mainly on the provisions of the Revenue Administration Act, 2016 (Act 915) as amended and the Ghana Revenue Authority Act, 2009 (Act 791), in addition to other relevant documents.
It effectively covers the relevant tax syllabus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), Bachelors and Masters level tax courses and Law School courses on the 'Law of Taxation in Ghana'.
