Dan Susman is a writer and director, currently working for the Guardian Online. His film about human rights starring Sir Patrick Stewart, Sarah Solemani and Adrian Scarborough was the Guardian's most popular film with over 34 million views and won the Gold Lovie Award for Comedy 2016. Cop Out, his online comedy series for Channel 4 and Objective Productions starring Tom Brooke, led to a C4 commission for the TV pilot script and a development commission for sitcom What You Wish For. He's also written and directed several award-winning short films, including Penelope, starring Juliet Stevenson and Veils starring Maureen Lipman.
