Ingredients:
2- 3LB whole YOUNG chickens
1 - 1.5 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt (for each chicken)
black pepper to taste
**you may use your favorite seasoning salt if you don’t have Lawry’s

Batter:
3 cups self-rising flour
2.5 cups water
2 eggs
1.5 tbs Lawry's seasoned salt


other:

Canola oil for deep frying
Favorite dipping sauce
Parsley to garnish


**Don’t have Lawry’s mix these seasonings (save leftovers):
3 tbs salt
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp tumeric
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch



**Deep Fry 25-28 mins turning every 5 mins (turn only if your fryer isn’t deep enough)
** Maintain frying temp at 310 F-320 F
** When reheating, for best results, place in the oven @ 375F until hot
