Ingredients:
Milk - 2 liters
Rice - Soaked ¼ Cup
Carrots - Grated 500 gms
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Sugar - ½ cup
Khoya (optional) - 1/2 cup
Milk Cream - 1/2 cup
Pistachio - chopped 2-3 tbs
Almonds - Blanched & chopped 2-3 tbs
Directions:
Rinse, peel, and grate the carrots.
In a pot, heat milk, add crushed rice and carrots, mix well.
Add cardamom powder, cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes, and keep stirring in between.
Now add sugar, mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until milk is reduced and thickened.
Add pistachio and almonds, give it a good mix.
Serve hot or cold.
Ajza:
Doodh (Milk) 2 liters
Chawal (Rice) Soaked ¼ Cup
Gajar (Carrots) Grated 300 gms
Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
Cheeni (Sugar) ½ cup
Khoya (optional) - 1/2 cup
Malai - 1/2 cup
Pista (Pistachio) chopped 2-3 tbs
Badam (Almonds) Blanched & chopped 2-3 tbs
Tareeqa:
Gajar ko dho kar chheelen aur grate karlen.
Ek patili mein doodh garam karen, ismein chawal (crushed) aur gajar dalen, achhi tarah milayen.
Elaichi powder dalen, dheemi aanch par 15-20 minute tak pakayen aur beech beech mein hilate rahein.
Ab cheeni dalen, cheeni ghul janay tak achhi tarah milayen.
Doodh ghata hua aur garha ho jaye tak pakayen.
Pista aur badam dalen, achhi tarah milayen.
Garam ya thanda serve karen.
