The Bosch Colt (PR20EVS) Router has an accessory available - the Bosch Colt Plunge Base (PR011). That plunge base has a micro adjuster on it that allows you to set the plunge to less than 1/8 of an inch. Here we demonstrate setting the micro adjuster to do a 1/16 of an inch plunge.
