4_ Pour the icing sugar in to the bag and...shake!
5_ Remove the Panettone from the bag
6_ Cut with a serrated edge knife

A story that tells of flour, butter, sugar and eggs. Simple ingredients, but exactly those in a rare and sophisticated art form, in which to rediscover that authentic taste to indulge in after a long and articulated leavening. The soft added notes of Acacia honey and Bourbon vanilla evoke tender images of childhood, when the starred peak was generously covered in icing sugar and there was an immediate air of festivity.
