With the number of ferries that travel between Puerto Rico's Ceiba Landing & Culebra, we thought booking a last-minute seat for 6 would be a cinch...Wrong! Maybe it was Covid, maybe it was the time of year (April), who knows? The important thing is that when I went on the site a week before our trip and saw no tix, I had a mild panic. I HAD to get to Culebra - it was on my snorkel bucket list! No fear, there's always a way to get there without breaking the bank. Just watch the video and find out!
