On this instalment of Meet The Owners, John McDonnell tells us all about his experience of purchasing his Solaris 64RS, the “Luminous II”.

John McDonell started sailing around 20 years ago, mainly chartering yachts with his family and children. In 2011, he became more serious about sailing after participating in the Clipper Round the World Race, sailing from New York to England.
