Mahindra Veero Powertrain
The Mahindra Veero diesel truck is offered in two different powertrain models as of now. It gets a 1.5-litre mDI diesel engine that produces 59.7 kW (80 hp) and 210 Nm of torque and a Turbo mCNG engine that produces a power figure of 67.2 kW (90.1 hp) and 210 Nm of torque. Both these powertrains are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
In terms of mileage, the diesel counterpart of the Mahindra Veero delivers 18.4 kmpl, while the CNG variant offers 19.2 km/kg fuel efficiency. Some of the advanced features designed to improve Veero’s performance and efficiency include an engine stop-start system, driver fuel coaching, and Eco mode. Further, the vehicle comes with a certified D+2 seating arrangement and a payload capacity of 1,600 kg, with the option of a 1.5-litre mDI diesel engine, and a 1500 kg payload capacity with the option of Turbo mCNG engine model.
