DDA had launched 1354 flats under its housing scheme in January 2021. The scheme was launched in localities like Dwarka, Jasola, Mangalapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini. Lately, the flats under the scheme are facing many problems and issues which is the reason people have started to reject it.
