ARROZ POBLANO INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce:
► 2 chile poblano
► 1/4 small white onion
► 2 garlic cloves
► Bunch of cilantro
► 1/8 tsp black pepper
► Salt to taste
► 1 cup of water
For the rice
► 1 chile poblano
► Small piece of white onion
► 1 1/2 tbsp butter
► 1 minced garlic clove
► 1 cup of rice (I'm using Jasmine rice)
► 6 oz of corn
► 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
► Some butter
