After having a baby, if you’re exclusively breastfeeding, you’ll likely have a glorious break before your menstural cycle returns. When you get your period after baby and you’re asking yourself, “How long should I breastfeed my baby now that I’ve started my period?”, know that getting your period after birth doesn’t (and shouldn’t) need to be the reason you cut your breastfeeding journey short!
