After eight consecutive years of clean audits, Senqu municipality in the Eastern Cape may lose its status, pending a dispute between the municipality and the Auditor General. The municipality, which includes five towns that include Sterkspruit, Lady Grey, Rhodes, Rossouw and Barkly East, is challenging the AG on interpretations of deviations.
