How to use:
☑️ Release the adjustable lever and select the appropriate training resistance.
☑️ Make sure that the sliding weight is locked.
☑️ Adjust the seat to align the elbow joints with the lever arm axis point (red arrow next to the support pad).
☑️ From a standing position grasp the handles, sit down, and align the elbow joints as described above.
☑️ Curl your arms all the way up and return slowly in a smooth, controlled manner.
☑️ After the last rep, slowly return the bar to the starting position.
