I love pretty much anything pickled...banana peppers, cucumbers, root vegetables, even hardboiled eggs! When I started reading the labels at the store I couldn't find an organic quality pickle that didn't have added flavors. Plus they add quite a bit to the grocery bill. Now I just make my own in 5 minutes! I don't feel like setting up for canning very often, so quick refrigerator pickles are the perfect way to crunchy delicious pickled produce more often!
