Apologies for the poor audio.
This has happened to me multiple times now but I finally worked out why. I originally thought it was leaking through the firewall in the front because the carpet in the rear never got wet to the touch. Turns out the foam under the carpet was soaked and the water wasn't coming through the firewall. The water is coming from the sunroof because the drain holes are blocked (full of mud) and need to be cleaned. There are 4 drains on the sunroof (1 in each corner), the back ones drain to the rear wheel wells behind the mud guard so you have to pull that out to clean it and the front ones drain through the B pillar. To access the rear hoses that attach to the sunroof you'll have to pull off some plastic trim on the C pillar to lower the roof liner. To clean them out just use compressed air and blow it both ways down the hose until its clean.
I am going to add this to my regular maintenance checks and clean it out every 6 months or so just to make sure it doesn't flood again.
I hope this was helpful and if you have anything to add just leave it in the comments to help each other out.
