Tang Yuan or Glutinous Rice Balls in Sweet Ginger Soup is a Chinese dessert most commonly served during the celebration of the Chinese New Year or Spring Festival. Usually served warm and you can also make it with fillings.
Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 bar of brown sugar or half a cup of regular brown sugar
ginger ( can adjust)
water
Cooking time: approximately 20 minutes.
