Can't hear the sound of incoming calls in android

Generally when you are on a phone call and if someone calls you then you should hear the sound of the incoming call and you should be able to accept or decline it. But if you don’t hear the sound of incoming call then:

1. Tap on the phone icon.
2. Tap on the three dotted icon.
3. Select “Settings”.
4. Select “Supplementary services”.
5. Now you should enable the option “Call waiting”.
