Python Optimal Transport is an open source Python library providing several solvers for optimization problems related to Optimal Transport for signal, image processing and machine learning. Walking through a simple example using earth movers distance (EMD) and then moving to the Sinkhorn Knopp Algorithm. You can see examples of the cost matrix and the effects of regularization.
