I'm guessing this is Saturday night, December 30th 1989. And it looks like BBC1 is running a bit late, but sneakily cutting two minutes out of the end credits of Teen Wolf (unforgivable) gets things a little closer to the clock. Plus an equally slick combination of trailers and continuity to head into the news, presented here in its almost-fullness, but sadly obviously truncated before the end.
